Welcome to Arvadafriends. These terms establish the rules for using our social events and networking platform for adults in Romania. By registering for an event or creating an account, you agree to the provisions below.
To participate in events and book spots, you must create an account on the platform. Your data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
Events listed on Arvadafriends are organized by community members or external partners. Booking a spot confirms your participation.
We aim for a friendly and respectful community. Any form of harassment or abusive behavior is not tolerated.
We process your personal data exclusively for the purpose of organizing events and related communications.
Arvadafriends acts as an intermediary between organizers and participants. We assume no responsibility for incidents that may occur during events.
We are not an online dating platform or a Facebook group. We are a real community, with offline events organized by people who want authentic connections.
Every board game night, hike, or workshop is designed by local organizers. We don't gather events from all over the country without control – we only select activities we have attended and recommend.
We don't ask for cards, we don't hide costs. You reserve your spot in a few clicks, and payment is made directly at the event. If you can't make it, you cancel from your account without penalties.
The photos on the site are taken by participants at past events. You can see exactly what a board game night at Cafeneaua Centrală or a hike on Cheile Râșnoavei looks like – no filters and no paid models.

Access the event page from the calendar, choose the number of spots, and fill out the simple reservation form. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
We organize activities in Brașov, Timișoara, Cluj-Napoca, and other cities in Romania as well. Each event has its location specified in its description.
Absolutely. Most participants come alone and integrate quickly into the group. The event facilitators ensure a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
You can cancel the reservation from your account at least 24 hours in advance. Your spot will be freed for someone else. If you cancel later, please notify us by email to manage the waiting list.
Our events are intended exclusively for adults, with a minimum age of 18. Some activities, such as hikes, may require a minimum level of physical fitness, specified in the event details.
You can write to us at info@arvadafriends.com with your proposal. We review all suggestions and, if there is enough interest, we organize a pilot event within the community.
