Arvadafriends is a digital platform designed for organizing and promoting social events and networking activities for adults in Romania. The service includes an interactive event calendar, photo galleries, and a seat reservation system.

The platform does not offer medical, psychological, financial, investment, religious, political, or dating services. Any activity promoted on the site is strictly social and recreational.

To reserve spots at events, the user must create an account with a real name and a valid email address. The provided data must be accurate and up-to-date.

• One account per person.
• The password must be kept confidential.
• The user is responsible for any activity in their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate the terms, including those created with false data or to circumvent restrictions.

Participants agree to follow the following rules at any event organized through the platform:

• Behave respectfully towards other participants and organizers.
• Not promote political, religious, commercial, or other ideas without the prior consent of the organizer.
• Not consume alcohol or prohibited substances in excess that could disturb the group.
• Notify the organizer in case of lateness or inability to attend.

Violation of these rules may lead to exclusion from the event and, in serious cases, a ban from the platform.

Seat reservations are made exclusively through the platform's online system. After confirmation, the user receives a confirmation email with the event details.

Cancellation by the Participant

Cancellation can be made at least 24 hours before the event starts, directly from the user account. Otherwise, the spot will be considered occupied and cannot be transferred.

Cancellation by the Organizer

The organizer may cancel an event for objective reasons (bad weather, insufficient number of participants, logistical issues). In this case, participants are notified by email and can choose another date or event.

Arvadafriends acts as an intermediary between organizers and participants. The platform is not responsible for:

• Material or bodily damage occurring during events.
• The behavior of participants or organizers.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Last-minute changes to the event schedule.

The platform undertakes to verify the basic information of organizers and provide a functional reservation system, but does not guarantee the quality or safety of each event.

To the extent permitted by law, Arvadafriends cannot be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Data loss or service interruptions.
• Actions of third parties (organizers, participants, service providers).

The total liability of the platform for any claim related to the use of the service is limited to the amount paid by the user for the respective event, if applicable.

Photographs and texts published on the platform remain the property of their authors. By uploading content (photos, comments, reviews), the user grants Arvadafriends a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform.

Copying, redistributing, or commercial use of the content without the written consent of the owner is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the site. We do not collect sensitive data (medical, religious, political) and do not share information with third parties for commercial purposes.

The user can request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time by sending an email to info@arvadafriends.com.

Arvadafriends reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and, if substantial, users will be notified by email 7 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The user may stop using the platform at any time by deleting their account. Arvadafriends may suspend or terminate a user's access who violates the terms, without prior notice.

After termination, personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except in cases where the law requires their retention.
